1. Acceptance

By using Create Coloring Page (“Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

We provide an AI-powered tool that converts photos you upload into printable coloring page images (high-resolution PNG + A4 PDF). Results are generated automatically; we do not manually review, edit, or approve them. Output quality depends on the quality and content of the photo you provide.

No account is required. You upload a photo as a guest and pay to unlock your download.

3. Your content

• You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload.
• You must not upload photos of real people without their consent, or any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• By uploading a photo you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of generating your coloring page. This licence expires when your files are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these terms.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• Your coloring page (PNG + PDF) is delivered digitally immediately upon successful payment.
• If you are not satisfied with your result, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@createcoloringpage.com for a full refund — no questions asked. We may decline refunds on clearly abusive repeated requests.
• Download links expire 30 days after purchase. Re-downloads after this point are not guaranteed but we will assist where possible.

5. Ownership of generated outputs

You own the coloring page generated from your photo. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes, including printing, selling, gifting, or incorporating it into products. No attribution to Create Coloring Page is required.

To the extent that AI-generated outputs may not be fully protectable under copyright law in your jurisdiction (which varies), we make no warranty of ownership and you accept responsibility for confirming the legal status in your country before any commercial use.

6. Our intellectual property

The website design, code, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights in our intellectual property to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, free-tier restrictions, or payment requirements
• Upload content designed to damage, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific output quality, continuous availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated results vary based on input photo quality and content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
