1. Who we are

Create Coloring Page (“we”, “us”) operates the website at createcoloringpage.com. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@createcoloringpage.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Photos you upload — stored in private cloud storage solely to generate your coloring page. Original uploads are deleted within 24 hours. Generated files (PNG + PDF) for unpaid sessions are deleted within 48 hours. Generated files for paid orders are deleted after 30 days.
Email address — collected at checkout to send your download link and order confirmation. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
Payment data— handled entirely by Stripe. We store only Stripe’s transaction identifiers (payment intent ID, session ID, customer ID) to link your order to your download. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or bank details.
IP address — logged at the point of generation for fraud prevention and rate limiting. Stored alongside your generation record.
Browser and device data — browser type and user agent are recorded in analytics events to help us diagnose technical issues and understand how the service is used.
Usage events— anonymised event data (e.g. “generation started”, “payment completed”) are logged internally for service monitoring. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded on this site.

3. How we use your data

To generate and deliver your coloring page
To process your payment via Stripe
To send transactional emails (order confirmation, download link)
To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
To diagnose technical problems and improve the service
To comply with legal and accounting obligations

4. Third-party services

We share data with the following processors only to the extent necessary to operate the service:

Stripe — payment processing. Your payment details go directly to Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
Supabase — database and file storage. Your uploaded photo, generated files, and account record are stored on Supabase infrastructure (EU/US regions).
fal.ai— AI image generation. Your uploaded photo is sent to fal.ai’s API to generate the coloring page. fal.ai processes the image for the duration of the request and does not retain it beyond that. See fal.ai/privacy.
Resend — transactional email delivery. Your email address is passed to Resend solely to deliver your order confirmation and download link.
Vercel— website hosting and edge infrastructure. Requests to this website pass through Vercel’s servers, which may log standard HTTP request data (IP address, user agent) for security and performance purposes.

5. Data retention

Uploaded photos (originals) — deleted within 24 hours of upload.
Generated files for unpaid sessions — deleted within 48 hours if no payment is made.
Generated files for paid orders — deleted 30 days after purchase. Download links stop working after this point.
Order and account records — kept for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
IP addresses and analytics events — retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable law, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@createcoloringpage.com.

7. Cookies

We set a single session cookie to track your upload and generation state across page loads. No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing scripts are used on this site.

8. Children’s privacy

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated by updating that date.
